入學申請的英文篇一
第一條：為加強擇校生的教育管理，提高教育教學質(zhì)量，根據(jù)有關(guān)法律法規(guī)和學校實際，制定本辦法。
第二條：本辦法所稱擇校生，是指戶籍不在本學區(qū)、學生本人及家長迫切要求到我校讀書、經(jīng)學校批準在我校就讀的學生。
第三條：《中學生守則》、《中學生日常行為規(guī)范》是擇校生在校學習、生活必須遵守的基本準則。
第四條：學校將擇校生納入學校統(tǒng)一管理，擇校生要按在校生標準要求自己，文明守紀，勤奮學習，努力成才。
第五條：學校要求擇校生尊敬老師，團結(jié)同學。熱愛集體，遵紀守法。
第六條：學校對有下列情形之一的擇校生，取消在我校學習的資格。
1、不尊敬老師，不服從學校和教師管理的，經(jīng)教育，無顯著改變的；
2、早晚自習，“兩操”，上課遲到、缺課較多，且認識態(tài)度較差，無顯著改變的；
3、在校不努力學習，各科考試成績在c等級以下；
4、在集體活動或公共場所，有極不文明的言行，造成極壞影響的；
5、吸煙或喝酒，被學校、老師、同學發(fā)現(xiàn)，經(jīng)教育，無顯著改變的；
6、故意損壞公物、打架斗毆、偷竊扒拿、敲詐勒索，尋釁滋事、在校外起哄鬧事，教唆他人打架鬧事等行為，情節(jié)嚴重，有過任何一次的；
7、與其他學校學生和校外小青年來往密切，嚴重影響我校教育教學秩序的；
8、夜不歸宿、無所事事，沉迷網(wǎng)絡(luò)等不良行為的，經(jīng)教育，無顯著改變的；
第七條：擇校生聯(lián)系人應(yīng)協(xié)助年級主任、班主任對所介紹者進行思想品德教育，如果擇校生參與惡性打架斗毆事件，除對擇校生進行違紀處分外，聯(lián)系人應(yīng)承擔一定的責任，不得推卸責任；
第八條：此條例由學校教務(wù)處負責解釋，從2011年8月起執(zhí)行。
第九條：擇校生試用期為一學期。
