申請秋季(九月)入學者必須于3月1日以前報名，申請冬季入學(一月)，必須在11月15日前報名。
申請費
本科申請：100加元。
研究生申請：60加元。
每學年學費大約：$8268.30 - $19,200,會隨時有變動。
獎學金申請
麥克瑪斯特大學的獎學金分為兩種，一種為bursaries，另一種為scholarship。
bursaries：
麥克瑪斯特大學提供的bursaries有：undergraduate bursaries, mba bursaries, ot/pt，bursaries, medical student bursaries, graduate student bursaries, bursaries for students with disabilities等幾大類。

scholarship：
麥克瑪斯特大學的scholarship有校外及校內獎學金。校外的獎學金項目有natural sciences and engineering research council of canada (nserc)，ontario graduate scholarships (ogs) social sciences and humanities research council of canada
