2.提高廣播站成員的工作能力。進(jìn)一步完善廣播站的各個(gè)部門，首先必須注重播音質(zhì)量，加強(qiáng)欄目創(chuàng)新，記者多向校園的風(fēng)采人物進(jìn)行采訪應(yīng)適當(dāng)舉辦相關(guān)能力競賽等行之有效的活動(dòng),讓廣播站的成員積極投入到校園工作當(dāng)中。
3.加強(qiáng)與各部門、各組織的聯(lián)系，積極發(fā)揮廣播站的橋梁紐帶作用。
4.加強(qiáng)團(tuán)隊(duì)精神文化建設(shè)，廣播站的三個(gè)部門緊密聯(lián)系在一起，只有大家團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作，才能將廣播站創(chuàng)辦的更好。

love english ,so chose it as my like a perverb goes, love me ,love my dog. i chase everthing relate to english. then , i chose english boardcasting station of our college.
