2.設(shè)備的選型應(yīng)注意通用化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化，嚴(yán)禁采購(gòu)無(wú)生產(chǎn)許可證、無(wú)質(zhì)量合格證、無(wú)煤礦安全標(biāo)志的質(zhì)次價(jià)高、假冒偽劣產(chǎn)品。

掘進(jìn)機(jī)使用管理的規(guī)定
⒈掘進(jìn)司機(jī)必須經(jīng)過(guò)專業(yè)技術(shù)培訓(xùn)，考試合格后，方可上崗。 ⒉掘進(jìn)機(jī)司機(jī)必須熟悉機(jī)器的結(jié)構(gòu)、性能、工作原理。能熟練、準(zhǔn)確的操作機(jī)器，并懂得一般性維護(hù)保養(yǎng)和故障處理知識(shí)。
⒊必須堅(jiān)持使用掘進(jìn)機(jī)上所有的安全閉鎖和保護(hù)裝置，不得擅自改動(dòng)或甩掉不用，不能隨意調(diào)整液壓系統(tǒng)、冷卻噴霧系統(tǒng)各部的壓力。
⒋掘進(jìn)機(jī)必須裝有只準(zhǔn)以專用工具開(kāi)、閉的專用開(kāi)關(guān)，專用工具必須由專職司機(jī)保管。司機(jī)離開(kāi)操作臺(tái)時(shí)，必須斷開(kāi)掘進(jìn)機(jī)上的電源開(kāi)關(guān)。
⒌在掘進(jìn)機(jī)非操作側(cè)，必須裝有能緊急停止運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的按鈕。 ⒍掘進(jìn)機(jī)必須裝有前照明和尾燈。
⒎開(kāi)動(dòng)掘進(jìn)機(jī)前必須發(fā)出警報(bào)。只有在鏟板前方和截割臂附近無(wú)人時(shí)，方可開(kāi)動(dòng)掘進(jìn)機(jī)。

⒓司機(jī)操作機(jī)器過(guò)程中必須安排專人進(jìn)行監(jiān)護(hù)，監(jiān)護(hù)人員必須處于安全可靠地點(diǎn)進(jìn)行監(jiān)護(hù)和指揮。司機(jī)必須集中精力，不得擅自離開(kāi)工作崗位，不得委托無(wú)證人員操作。

⒕截割頭變速時(shí)，應(yīng)首先切斷截割電機(jī)電源，當(dāng)其轉(zhuǎn)速幾乎為零時(shí)方可操作變速器手柄進(jìn)行變速。嚴(yán)禁在高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)變速。
⒖司機(jī)工作時(shí)精神要集中，開(kāi)機(jī)要平穩(wěn)，看好方向線，并聽(tīng)從監(jiān)護(hù)人員指揮。前進(jìn)時(shí)將鏟板落下，后退時(shí)將鏟板抬起。發(fā)現(xiàn)有冒頂預(yù)兆或危及人員安全時(shí)，應(yīng)立即停機(jī)并切斷電源。
⒈接班后，司機(jī)應(yīng)配合班組長(zhǎng)認(rèn)真檢查工作面圍巖和支護(hù)、通風(fēng)、瓦斯及掘進(jìn)機(jī)周圍情況，保證工作區(qū)域安全、整潔、無(wú)障礙物。
⒉開(kāi)機(jī)前， 對(duì)機(jī)器必須進(jìn)行以下檢查：
將所用延長(zhǎng)的電纜、水管沿工作面準(zhǔn)備好，吊掛整齊，拖拉在掘進(jìn)機(jī)后方的電纜和水管長(zhǎng)度不得超過(guò)作業(yè)規(guī)程規(guī)定。
水質(zhì)、水壓、流量應(yīng)符合規(guī)定，噴水管路、噴嘴應(yīng)暢通。
⒈開(kāi)機(jī)前必須發(fā)出報(bào)警信號(hào)，合上隔離開(kāi)關(guān)，按機(jī)器技術(shù)操作規(guī)定順序啟動(dòng)。
⒉按作業(yè)規(guī)程要求進(jìn)行截割工作，根據(jù)不同性質(zhì)的煤巖，確定最佳的截割方式。
⒊巖石易破碎的，應(yīng)在巷道斷面頂部開(kāi)始掘進(jìn)；斷面為半煤巖，應(yīng)在煤巖結(jié)合處的煤層或在較軟的部位開(kāi)始掘進(jìn)。司機(jī)要按正確的截割循環(huán)方式操作，并注意下列事項(xiàng): 掘進(jìn)半煤巖巷道時(shí)，應(yīng)先截割煤，后截割巖石，即先軟后硬的程序。
切割必須考慮煤巖的層理，切割頭應(yīng)沿層理方向移動(dòng)，不應(yīng)橫斷層理。
⒋截割過(guò)程中的注意事項(xiàng): 巖石硬度大于掘進(jìn)機(jī)切割能力時(shí)，應(yīng)停止使用掘進(jìn)機(jī)，并采取其它措施。
如果落煤量大而造成過(guò)載時(shí)，司機(jī)必須立即停車，將掘進(jìn)機(jī)退出，進(jìn)行處理。嚴(yán)禁點(diǎn)動(dòng)開(kāi)車處理，以免燒毀電動(dòng)機(jī)或損壞液壓馬達(dá)。
切割頭不允許帶負(fù)荷起動(dòng)，推進(jìn)速度不宜太大，禁止超負(fù)荷運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
截割部與鏟板間距不得小于300毫米，嚴(yán)禁切割頭與鏟板相碰。
截割電動(dòng)機(jī)長(zhǎng)期工作后，不要立即停冷卻水，應(yīng)等電動(dòng)機(jī)冷卻數(shù)分鐘后再關(guān)閉水路。
⒈按規(guī)定操作順序停機(jī)后，應(yīng)將掘進(jìn)機(jī)退到安全地點(diǎn)，并將裝載鏟板放在底板上，切割頭縮回，截割滾筒居中放于底板上、關(guān)閉水門，吊掛好電纜和水管。
⒉清除機(jī)器上的煤塊和粉塵，不許有浮煤留在鏟板上。
⒊在淋水大的工作面，應(yīng)將機(jī)器墊高，確保電動(dòng)機(jī)不被淹沒(méi)。在角度大的上、下山工作面停機(jī)時(shí)應(yīng)采取防滑措施。

⒌全面檢查掘進(jìn)機(jī)的各部件及各種安全保護(hù)裝置，有問(wèn)題時(shí)應(yīng)記錄在冊(cè)。
