機智！女童借與米歇爾見面機會遞父親簡歷

One determined young girl went straight to the top to try to find a job for her unemployed dad — she asked the First Lady.

一位機智而果敢的小女孩徑直走上前，請美國第一夫人米歇爾幫助自己失業(yè)的父親找工作。

Ten-year-old Charlotte Bell, who was at the White House on Thursday for its annual. In “Take Your Daughters and Sons To Work Day,” Charlotte Bell politely asked Michelle Obama if she might be able to help her father, who has been out of work for several years.

10歲的莎洛特·貝爾周四前往白宮參加一年一度的“帶子女上班日”活動?；顒又校∨⑸逄囟Y貌地詢問第一夫人米歇爾·奧巴馬，能否幫幫失業(yè)好幾年的爸爸。

“My dad’s been out of a job for three years and I wanted to give you his resume,” the young Bell said after she was called on during a question-and-answer session with the First Lady.

“我爸爸已經(jīng)失業(yè)三年了，我想把這份簡歷遞給您?！毙∝悹柕?，她在和第一夫人的問答環(huán)節(jié)中提問，上呈了爸爸的簡歷。

“Oh my goodness,” responded Obama, clearly surprised.

米歇爾·奧巴馬顯然很吃驚，她不禁回應道：“哦我的天吶！”

As members of the audience who didn’t hear the girl began to murmur, Obama added, “It’s a little private, but she’s doing something for her dad.”

在場的一些觀眾沒聽清小女孩說了什么，他們開始竊竊私語。后來米歇爾補充道：“這件事有點私人性質(zhì)，但是小貝爾是想為自己的爸爸做點事?！?/p>

Obama took the resume from Bell after the event concluded.

米歇爾在活動結束后帶走了貝爾拿來的她爸爸的簡歷。

Bell was in attendance at the event — held every year for Executive Office employees and their families — with her mother, an executive branch employee who did not want to be identified.

貝爾當天參加的活動，是白宮為行政辦公室員工及其家人舉辦的親子活動，每年一次。貝爾的媽媽是行政部門員工，她也出席了這一活動，但她不愿意吐露姓名。

Charlotte’s father, Ben Bell, has been looking for a job for more than two years and in recent months had sought work in the Obama administration. He worked on the Obama campaign in 2012.

莎洛特的爸爸本·貝爾已經(jīng)找工作兩年多了，最近幾個月來，他正在尋求奧巴馬政府的相關工作。他曾效力于2012年奧巴馬的總統(tǒng)競選活動。
