在本學期工作中,我堅持認真鉆研教材,了解教材的基本思想、基本概念;了解教材重點與難點,掌握知識的邏輯,能運用自如,明白應補充哪些資料。堅持聽課,從中學習別人的長處,領悟其中的教學藝術。每上的一節(jié)課,我都做好充分的準備,我的信念是——決不打無準備的仗。在教學中,盡量給學生一個簡便的環(huán)境,但也堅持嚴格要求學生,逐漸培養(yǎng)他們對生物的興趣。

備課不充分或者備得不好,會嚴重影響課堂氣氛和進取性,曾有一位前輩對我說:“備課備不好,倒不如不上課,否則就是白費心機?!蔽颐靼椎絺湔n的重要性,所以,每一天我都花費很多的時間在備課之上,認認真真鉆研教材和教法,不滿意就不收工。雖然辛苦,但事實證明是值得的
