“noted with thanks”是比較隨意的說法。一般來說,在商務場合,收到別人的信函或者通知后,出于禮貌應向?qū)Ψ奖磉_已經(jīng)收到對方來函這件事,而又沒有什么特別需要回信的內(nèi)容,就會回這句話。
