i saw a traffic accident. it is still vivid in my mind. it is about on the saturday morning of june when i went out of the university to visit a friend of another university.
i was walking leisurely on the sidewalk, and i heard a loud noise at the junction of two cars. two cars came out there was a car rental collision. it was a traffic accident.
i went up to find that two taxis were seriously damaged, both hooves were deformed, one door was knocked open and lying on the road, one driver was bleeding, the other was locked in the taxi, some people were trying to help their driver out of the damaged car, one was calling the traffic police station, many cars were blocked, obviously, the two taxis were driving too fast, but this is just what i think one of the reasons is that taxi drivers are eager to carry more passengers and earn more money. on the other hand, both drivers dont care about each other. they want to run ahead of the other.
therefore, accidents are inevitable. we should let drivers remember that taking care of others lives means taking care of their own lives.

在高三開學伊始,我就充分的認識到高三的教學工作是“時間短、內(nèi)容多、責任強、任務重、強度高、壓力大”,所以我依據(jù)教學大綱及高考考綱的特點,結合我校學生英語的實際情況,并根據(jù)新課程改革的要求,對本學年的教學工作進行了整體規(guī)劃。本著教育以人為本,學以致用,注重對學生能力的培養(yǎng)、素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)以及道德品質(zhì)的培養(yǎng);鼓勵學生積極參與交流與合作,大膽創(chuàng)新與實踐,倡導研究性學習,增強學生學習英語的積極性和主動性??偨Y起來主要有以下幾點:
1、重視聽力和朗讀。個人認為聽和讀是語言交流最根本的基礎。一年的教學工作都重視培養(yǎng)學生的聽讀能力的培養(yǎng)和訓練。聽讀所有課文和單詞,并做聽力訓練,利用早讀時間聽讀完前八冊的課文和單詞兩遍,這樣做不僅使好生鞏固好基礎,也幫助差生克服學習困難,產(chǎn)生學習英語興趣,并能使學生保持持之以恒的學習熱情和學習動力。做聽力訓練每周利用第九節(jié)和一個晚自習進行訓練,讓學生訓練之前花兩三節(jié)課進行方法指導為先。另外在平時課堂教學中也盡量給學生創(chuàng)設聽讀語言環(huán)境,如老師的講授語言能用英語就盡量使用英語,在講授閱讀和語法也讓學生讀重點段和句型。
2、詞匯訓練,這是英語教學的重點環(huán)節(jié)。想辦法讓學生掌握大量的詞匯對于高考來說是非常關鍵的。要注重學生語音基礎,識記單詞必先會讀,并利用構詞法培養(yǎng)學生的詞感,達到讀出來就會寫。同時要引導學生區(qū)分閱讀詞匯和寫作詞匯,對于常用的重點詞匯和高級詞匯的使用要反復訓練,讓學生熟練掌握,并加強在語境中掌握詞匯的應用。對單詞,尤其是動詞的掌握,應放在句子中、課文中,以詞組或句子為單位來記。突破單詞關的訣竅一要穩(wěn)扎穩(wěn)打學一個就記住一個;二要詞不離句,句不離文;三要利用記憶周期,適時反復記憶。
3、重抓閱讀,閱讀是提高學生英語成績的關鍵,只有閱讀才能鞏固學社所記的詞匯,只有大量閱讀才能提高學生的閱讀速度,培養(yǎng)學生的英語思維。在高三第一學期堅持讓學生每天做兩篇閱讀,基礎差的學生每天堅持做一篇,到第二學期讓學生每天做2-3篇,督促檢查學生每天必做。閱讀理解的題材涉及面很廣泛,包括科普、社會、政治、經(jīng)濟、歷史、文化等,信息含量很大;涉及的體裁也是多種多樣,包括記敘文、說明文和應用文等。從多個層面考查考生對不同題材的不同體裁文章的理解能力。
