二、各種物料的設(shè)計、制作;本月各部門物料制作需求多,廠方mot物料、店頭活動物料、售后物料的制作基本滿足各部門所需,只有售后的物料因排版、制作(與店頭活動物料制作時間沖突)及廣告公司選擇上出現(xiàn)了拖延。改進(jìn)辦法:各部門交物料制作申請單,必須與市場部確認(rèn)制作完成時間,避免因市場部手頭工作繁多導(dǎo)致物料制作拖延。

三、網(wǎng)絡(luò)后臺、微博發(fā)帖及信息推送;本月兩場活動,市場部暫時管理了網(wǎng)絡(luò)后臺,在發(fā)帖及推送上大幅度提升,以永天成麻爭霸賽為例,太平洋、易車網(wǎng)、大渝網(wǎng)均在活動前3天內(nèi)飽和推送(如太平洋20次推送),最大保證了活動的曝光率。

四、市場部工作的點(diǎn)檢及總結(jié);9月份制定了市場部工作職責(zé),10月份正好進(jìn)行了第一步的試崗工作,如活動流程、月度核銷、庫房盤點(diǎn)、物料制作等均按照工作職責(zé)及時間規(guī)定按期完成。所有工作職責(zé)將在以后的時間里得以強(qiáng)化執(zhí)行。

本月工作,我繼續(xù)努力達(dá)成工作流程的通暢,保持與銷售部、售后部的溝通協(xié)調(diào),共同營造良好的工作氛圍。并在帶領(lǐng)員工陳晨工作上,取得較大的進(jìn)步,陳晨在工作中能夠自發(fā)自動,按期完成既有工作,并在物料設(shè)計、活動流程設(shè)置中提出自己的想法。達(dá)成了本人希望的工作第一,兼顧和諧,我也希望與大家共同創(chuàng)造良好的工作氛圍。

自我評價:

一、工作認(rèn)真,所有工作能夠上傳下達(dá),并能很好的把控工作完成時間及進(jìn)度。

二、工作以結(jié)果導(dǎo)向,以促成銷售為市場活動目的。對于現(xiàn)有的店頭活動,因為銷售后的收尾活動,在時間安排上,本人持保留意見。

三、溝通不足。進(jìn)入市場部1個多月來,與各位同事處于磨合期,溝通不到位。尤其是與本部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及王總溝通不多,還不能更好的適應(yīng)。改進(jìn)方法:以完成工作為第一目標(biāo),加強(qiáng)工作中的溝通,多了解各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的工作方式,并盡力協(xié)調(diào)市場部與各部門及領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的工作對接。

四、思路僵化。在以前的4s店工作中,店頭活動以節(jié)省成本為主,只有國際車展和大型外展才有發(fā)揮的機(jī)會,導(dǎo)致店頭活動成效不大,且重復(fù)繁多。改進(jìn)方法:多接收新的想法、思路,多與大家溝通,參考《市場營銷》等營銷類雜志。
