1. within 14 days including the day of notification of application result
2. when postponement of the collection is approved, students having entered in the first semester must make payment at or before the end of september, and students having entered in the second semester must make payment at or before the end of february.

b. the person who bears school expenses or the student himself or herself has suffered damage from a storm and/or a flood and therefore has extreme difficulty in paying his or her entrance fee.
3. a student satisfies a condition similar to either of the conditions described above.
